How does UChoose Rewards® work?
Watch your points add up each and every time you use your Waukesha State Bank Rewards Check Card and sign for a purchase – everywhere VISA® is accepted! The more you spend the more you earn.

How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point per $2.00 every time you use your Check Card as long as you sign for your purchases. Points add up fast when you use your card at gas stations, supermarkets, drugstores, malls — wherever you shop! A $2.00 minimum purchase is required to earn points.

Where can I earn points?
Everywhere VISA® is accepted for all transactions that are considered “signature purchases.”

What is a “signature” purchase?
Anytime you use your card and sign for the purchase, as if using a credit card. Transactions include in-store purchases, Pay at the Pump at gas stations and online purchases – all when not entering a PIN number. Purchases under $25 that do not require a signature and on which you do NOT enter a PIN, which are common at McDonald’s or Walgreen’s, are considered a signature purchase.
The key to remember is NO PIN = EARNED POINTS!

Note: Using a check card to pay a bill online is not considered a signature purchase and will not earn points (i.e. paying a utility bill using a VISA® Check Card.)

Are there a maximum number of points I can earn?
No. There are no limits to the number of points you can earn.

Do the points expire?
Yes, after 3 years. The points expire on a rolling basis, so you retain any unused points until those points reach that three-year mark.

What can I redeem points for?
It’s your choice! You can choose from millions of options, whether it’s products, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, or more! Once you accrue 1,000 points, you can redeem whatever you choose.

The UChoose website keeps track of all the points you earn and will help you find just what you’re looking for when you’re ready to redeem. It even has a Wish List that will help you track when you’ve earned enough points for a specific item.

How does the UChoose Rewards® website work?
The UChoose Rewards website is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. The website is where you go to see how many points you’ve earned, and how many points you’ve redeemed. Plus, it’s where you’ll have access to the vast online rewards catalog.

When I redeem points for a product, can I ship it to an address other than the one Waukesha State Bank has on file for me?
No, for security reasons you can only ship the product to the address that Waukesha State Bank has on file. If you need to update or change an address, please contact our Customer Service Center at (262) 549-8531.

Can points be redeemed at the point of purchase or can they only be redeemed online?
Points can only be redeemed online through www.uchooserewards.com.

If I am close to having enough points to redeem, can I purchase the balance of the points I need?
No, you cannot purchase the balance of the points needed. You must earn the required points needed to redeem for an item.

What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will automatically be transferred over to the new card. Once you receive the new card, you will need to re-authenticate your account by registering the new card at www.uchooserewards.com.

Can I share points with my family members?
Yes, all cards within an account automatically earn points together.

How much does it cost to participate?
There’s no cost. Membership in UChoose Rewards is absolutely free for Waukesha State Bank VISA® Check Card holders.

Can I opt out of the program?
Yes, you can opt out of the program. You may cancel your membership at any time by visiting any Waukesha State Bank office or by calling our Customer Service Center at (262) 549-8531.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten their user name or password?
If you’ve forgotten your user name, you can retrieve it by visiting www.uchooserewards.com and clicking on the “Forgotten Your User Name or Password” link. You’ll be asked to enter your e-mail address and your user name will be sent to the e-mail address used to register for the website.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting www.uchooserewards.com and clicking “Log In” and providing specific authentication items. You will then be given the opportunity to select a new password.
